Program description for the High School Welcome Center

Admission to the Welcome Center is limited to two groups of students:
* those who are ages 14 and 18 and who score below 30% on the district English proficiency test
* and those who are ages 18 – 21, who have credits from another country, and who want to continue their high school education, if they can graduate before their 22nd birthday
